SKILLS AND SPECIALTIES

Dr. Brown specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body. He is most noted for his facial rejuvenation plastic surgery and aesthetic cosmetic breast surgery techniques. He has a particular skill set for revising previous plastic surgery.  The facial procedures he performs include facelift, eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty, brow lifts, ear surgery, neck lifts, and rhinoplasty. As a part of procedures for the breasts, Dr. Brown offers breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, breast reconstruction, breast implant removal surgery and gynecomastia procedures.  With a particular interest in the correction of previous cosmetic plastic surgery, Dr. Brown provides revision surgery to all of these areas as well. Additionally, he offers a variety of procedures for the body, such as liposuction, tummy tucks and mommy makeovers. The center also provides full aesthetic services, as well as several cosmetic dermatological treatments in The Loudoun Center for Plastic Surgery.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING :

After graduating from medical school at the University of Miami School of Medicine, Dr. Brown completed his plastic surgery residency at the Brown University Integrated Program in Plastic Surgery in the Rhode Island Hospital of Providence, RI. He was invited into that plastic surgery program, taking an accelerated track position while a general surgery resident at Brown University Surgical Program. Dr. Brown’s general surgery prerequisite training experiences were also at the Brown University School of Medicine’s affiliated hospitals, Harvard University Medical School’s affiliated hospitals, and the University of Texas Medical School’s affiliated hospitals.
