His area of surgical expertise includes – Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic Surgery, Robotic Surgery, Hernia Repair, Gastrointestinal Interventional Endoscopy, Gastric Banding, Gastric Bypass, and Gastric Sleeve Surgery.

He got his Medical Degree from the Universidad Francisco Marroquin, Guatemala City, Guatemala. He completed his Residency training from Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH in General Surgery.
