Dr. Fearing is a leader in the weight loss surgery field and serves as Medical Director of the Bariatric Program at Menorah Medical Center, Fellowship Director of the Bariatric Fellowship, and serves as core faculty for the General Surgery Residency Program. She is a trusted leader among her peers and currently serves as President of Medical Staff at Menorah Medical Center.

Dr. Fearing grew up in North Dakota where she attended the University of North Dakota Medical School. She completed her surgical residency at the University of Kansas–Wichita and went on to complete a fellowship in advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery at the University of Texas–Houston.
