Dr. Ayoola, MD, is a board – certified general surgeon with more than 18 years of surgical experience. His expertise includes – Duodenal Switch, Gastric Bypass, Sleeve Gastrectomy, Band removal, revision prior to surgery, Skin Removal, Bodytite/Contoura/Optimas, and medical weight loss medications. He also has surgical skills to operate cancer of the intestinal tract, hernia repair, and biliary surgeries like gallbladder removal, endoscopy, and surgical treatment of acid reflux diseases.

He obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas. He completed his Medical Residency from Virginia Commonwealth University Health System where he received the highest Surgical Resident Award – I. A. Bigger Award being Chief Resident in the final year.  He continued in the same university for his Fellowship Training in Bariatric Surgery and Laparoscopic surgeries.
